安装搜狗输入法

出现某些窗口无法使用搜狗输入法(只能输入英文，不支持中文)

由于搜狗拼音输入法是fcitx4框架，ubuntu24.04默认是fcitx5

需执行命令以此解决此类问题
sudo apt install fcitx5-frontend-gtk4
